At MyCoach Ai, we partner with Stripe to handle your payment transactions with clients. As part of this service, our company assumes responsibility for any potential disputes arising from customer transactions. To facilitate this, we apply a modest fee of 0.5% on all transactions, which is in addition to the standard fees charged by Stripe.
MyCoach Ai partners with Stripe Express to give you a customized payment & payout dashboard (if you already have an existing Stripe account, you will need to create a new one through MyCoach Ai)
Cost Per Transaction:
Stripe: 30¢ + 2.9%
MyCoach Ai: 0.5%
Important to note:
The more you charge, the lower % will take in total
Example of $20 subscription is below
30¢ + 3.4% = 0.98¢
So 0.98¢ is about 4.9% of $20
Example of a $300 subscription is below
30¢ + 3.4% = $10.50
So $10.50 is about 3.5% of $300
If you're experiencing an issue and prefer to resolve it independently, you're in the right place. This link offers a variety of methods for finding solutions. Whether your client is facing difficulties with a form or your notifications aren't functioning properly, our resources are designed to help you tackle these challenges effectively.
1. Any type of screen recording is amazing (please follow how to do this here) 2. Send over device info (ie. iPhone 12 Pro iOS 16.6) 3. Send over client name or last 4 digits of phone number who is having the problem
1. Make sure to refresh your page/app to get the most recent version of MyCoach Ai! 2. If the problem is occurring with a specific piece of content (Forms, Workouts, Videos, Exercises etc.) try removing this content and re-adding it to your client 3. If the problem is on mobile try on desktop 4. Log out by going to http://mycoachai.com/logout & then log back in 5. Delete the web app from your homescreen & re-add it 6. Make sure you have the most recent iOS/Android update
1. Confirm the phone number you invited is the same as the number your client sent you (Important: Phone numbers should NEVER start with "0") 2. Ask the client to login here: http://mycoachai.com/login 3. If you added your clients email when inviting them and client is not receiving code to their phone number after clicking "Get Code" they should click "Unable to log in with phone number" and login with their email 4. If client is still unable to log in you should delete them from your "Inactive Clients" tab and re-invite them.
1. Go the "Metrics" page for that client 2. Under "Forms" expand the pending section 3. Click the trash can icon to unsend the form 4. When the client closes/quits and reopens the app, the form should no longer be required
1. Ensure you’re utilizing the web app that you’ve saved on your dashboard, without this it will not work. Many times you are in a browser utilizing the app and won’t receive notifications. 2. Check your coach settings to see if “Enable Do Not Disturb” is turned on 3. Check your coach settings to see if “Schedule Do Not Disturb” is set to a time during which you would like notifications. You will not receive notifications during these hours. 4. Check your phone settings (outside of our Dashboard) to see if “Do Not Disturb” is turned on 5. If you aren’t receiving notifications from a particular client, check their settings to see if “Enable Do Not Disturb” is turned on 6. If you aren’t receiving notifications from a particular client, check their settings to see if “Schedule Do Not Disturb” is set to a time during which you would like notifications. You will not receive notifications during these hours. 7. If you aren’t getting notifications specifically for group messages, check in the group chat settings (below the chat in the coaches dashboard) that the “Enable new message notifications“ toggle is switched on for that group. 8. If you (or your client) still aren’t receiving notifications, please try deleting the MyCoach Ai shortcut from your home screen and re-add it.
